G H Raisoni Institute of Management and Research Khaparkheda, Nagpur organised a two-day international conference 'Zenith' through an online mode recently.

The theme of the conference was “Imparting quality in higher education

The eminent speakers and moderators across the globe enlightened the audience during the two-day conference. Prof. Ida Serneberg from Norway, Dr. Manishankar Chakraborty from UAE, Dr. Geevaneshwary Saththasivam from Malaysia, Dr. Perizad Dungore from UAE, Dr. Amit Shankar from IIM, Vishakhapattanam, Dr. Sulochana Nair from Malaysia and Dr. Geeta Bhat from Delhi and many more were among the prominent speakers.

Prof. IDA Serneberg and Dr. Geevaneshwari Saththasivam spoke on the track “Value of Life, Soft and Transferable Skills in Higher Education”. Dr. Manishankar Chakraborty and Dr. Amit Shankar expressed their opinion on the track “Role of Technology & Teachers in Fostering Quality Education”. Dr. Geeta Bhat and Dr. Sulochana Nair enlightened on “Role of Higher Education in Woman Empowerment at grassroots level”. Dr. Perizad Dungore carried out the role of Moderator. The conference received a good response and more than 600 audience attended the conference.

The conference was held under the patronage of Sunil Raisoni and Shreyas Raisoni. The welcome speech was given by the director of the institute Dr Aarti Deshpande. The Inaugural address was given by the convener of the conference Dr. Vibha Bhusari. Dr. Laxmi Bagde, co-convener of the conference, proposed the vote of thanks. Valedictory speech was delivered by Sunil Raisoni and Dr. Sophia Ansari.
