The 25th edition of Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF), the longest running festival of its kind, has come to an end and this year it has been confirmed as the most successful edition to date.

Clocking up some impressive figures that make this one of the world's biggest shopping festivals, DSF has seen five weeks of sales, 38 days of events and 912 hours of exciting deals, concerts, events and experiences.

A total of 3,847 events took place, out of which 2,059 were free to attend, and a total of 440 artists performed throughout the festival, including 197 roaming entertainers and street acts. 1,000 brands across 4,000 outlets launched incredible sales, and there were a total of 28 DSF Surprises, which comprised of a special deal at a specific retailer for one day and at one location, revealed 24 hours in advance.

Music fans couldn't believe their luck with 183 concerts to choose from, 167 of which were free to attend, accumulating to 10,490 songs sung throughout the festival. A highlight song of the festival was by Rashed Al Majed, one of the most famous singers in the Middle East. Launched in celebration of 25 years of DSF, 'Dubai Kawkab Akhar' is a modification of his signature song 'Dubai Danat Al Donia'.

The 25th edition also marked the most rewarding festival to date, with a total of AED 50 million worth of prizes given to 8,818 people whose lives have changed forever. Some of the many prizes included 87 cars, 3096 gold prizes, cash and more.

This year's DSF saw many new additions and engaging elements such as the #DSFturns25 competition. Recognising the people who live in Dubai and make DSF so memorable and significant with every year, the competition was created to encourage social media users to share their best DSF moments on social media platforms. The competition generated 26 million views on TikTok alone.
