Second confirmed case in West Bengal, man with UK travel history tested positive

A man with recent travel history to UK tests positive for new coronavirus in West Bengal; second confirmed case in state confirmed a govt official. The first reported case in the state was of a student who was also a UK returnee. Yesterday India recorded its fourth death due to Covid-19 on Thursday even as fresh cases surged in the country, with more than 50 recorded in the past two days. 

The latest victim was a 70-year-old man from Punjab, who had returned from a two-week trip to Germany via Italy. Coronavirus has infected more than 2,00,000 people and killed more than 9,000 across the world. Meanwhile, India has reported four deaths and over 195 cases so far. In his address to the nation, PM Narendra Modi called for Janata Curfew on March 22 and urged people to avoid panic buying.
