Just like his wife, Aayush Sharma also shared throwback photos and went down memory lane to wish his beloved wife a happy anniversary. He wrote, "Happy Anniversary my love. Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan were not on good terms for years after their fight at Katrina Kaif’s birthday bash. The fight finally came to an end at Arpita Khan and Aayush Sharma’s wedding in 2014. The stars were seen hugging at Baba Siddique’s annual Iftaar party earlier, but it was at Arpita-Aayush’s wedding that they truly buried the hatchet.

Before the wedding, when the reporters asked Shah Rukh Khan if he is going to attend the ceremony, he said, "I will definitely go. I have known Arpita ever since she was a little baby. I have cradled her in my arms. She is like a sister to me. In fact, even an invite is not needed. They are like family and I will go."
