Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, was arrested by the NCB on October 2 in a Mumbai cruise drugs case. Aryan was then charged and arrested. Aryan Khan has been granted bail by the Mumbai High Court on October 28 in the case.

Aryan Khan was denied bail after appearing in court four times so far. Several well-known lawyers in the case were defending Aryan in court. Aryan Khan's case was handed over to former Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi. Then by the Mumbai High Court Aryan is granted bail.

Aryan's bail has created an atmosphere of happiness among Shah Rukh Khan and his fans. But now Mukul Rohatgi, who is advocating for Aryan, has made a new claim. Speaking to India TV, Mukul Rohatgi said the High Court decision was in Aryan's favor and he was granted bail.

What was Shah Rukh Khan's reaction after Aryan Khan was granted bail? When asked this question, Mukul Rohatgi said that Shah Rukh has been keeping an eye on the matter since Aryan was in jail. Every note he was taking. He was also not taking his Meals properly.

The arrest of Aryan Khan in the drugs case was illegal. No drugs were found in Aryan Khan. Not only that, Aryan Khan was not even medically tested, Rohatgi said.

Aryan Khan did not have drugs. Aryan had not taken drugs. Leaking WhatsApp chats is a violation of fundamental rights. If you want to make money from the industry, then it can be said that you are part of the drug mafia, said Rohatgi.

He keeps on saying, The NCB did not give a reason for Aryan Khan's arrest. WhatsApp chats were deliberately taken from Aryan. What does Shah Rukh Khan's son lack so he will sell drugs? The NCB created the air of the case. Mukul Rohatgi also said that Aryan Khan did not threaten anyone.

The NCB did not have any evidence that Aryan Khan was taking drugs. WhatsApp chat leaked to media. Chat has nothing to do with the cruise drugs case. 20-22-year-olds are talking WhatsApp. Does that mean he is a drug supplier? said Rohatgi.

Aryan Khan doesn't have to make money selling drugs. There were 1300 people on this cruise. So if 120 of them got drugs, would they be drug suppliers? How to put 6 grams of drugs in jail? It was a bailable offense, he said.

The allegations between Nawab Malik and Sameer Wankhede are different. It has nothing to do with the Aryan Khan case. Malik's son-in-law was arrested. He is accusing Sameer Wankhede. This is a coincidence. But they have nothing to do with the Aryan Khan case, he said.
