The festival of sacrifice Bakrid is being celebrated in India today on August 1. This festival is very important in Islam. This festival is also known as Eid-ul-Adha.
This festival is celebrated every year on the 10th day of the month according to the Islamic calendar. It is considered to be one of the holiest festivals of Muslims.
On this special occasion, all the Bollywood celebs said Eid Mubarak to the fans virtually through social media.
A number of celebs from Amitabh to Salman and Shahrukh extended their greetings on the special day.
It is the second of the two Eids celebrated by Muslims with traditional fervour and gaiety across the world. Popular personalities like Mohanlal, Mammootty, Dulquer Salmaan, Prithviraj Sukumaran and others also posted their Eid wishes.
Meanwhile, fans were also very happy to see the post of their favorite star on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha.
