From Arrest to Bail: All you need to know about Aryan Khan Drugs case

Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan has finally been released after spending 26 days in jail in a Mumbai Cruise Drug Case case. Aryan Khan was released from Arthur Jail after the Mumbai High Court granted him bail.

Outside the Arthur Road jail, there was a huge crowd of Shah Rukh Khan fans. Shah Rukh Khan was also in Arthur Road Jail. Aryan Khan was granted bail by the high court on Thursday. However, the bail papers did not reach the jail on time on Friday

Aryan Khan was finally released from Arthur Road Jail on Saturday morning after going through all the procedures. However, the court has set 14 conditions before Aryan Khan while granting bail, and the NCB has been given the power to take action if any of these conditions are not met.

The NCB had raided a drug party on a luxury cruise in Mumbai on Saturday, October 2. At that time, the NCB had arrested Aryan Khan. Aryan Khan was arrested on Sunday, October 3.

The special court remanded Aryan Khan in custody till October 4. The ACB then started further investigation into the matter. Aryan was remanded in custody till October 7 for further investigation.

Aryan Khan was produced before the Chief Magistrate on October 7. The court remanded Aryan Khan to judicial custody. Aryan Khan was remanded to Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai after being remanded in judicial custody.

Aryan Khan was kept in a detention cell for a week as per Corona's rules after being taken to Aryan Arthur Road Jail. After this, Aryan Khan applied for bail after getting judicial custody. However, during the hearing held on October 08, the NCB strongly objected to this.

Aryan Khan's bail was later rejected. An application for bail was then filed in the Special NDPS Court of Mumbai Sessions Court on October 11. The NCB had asked for a week to respond. However, the court directed to reply by Wednesday.

Hearing on bail plea resumes on October 13. This time too, the NCB objected to the bail. It is a serious offense under Section 29 of the NDPS Act to be involved in such a conspiracy, ASG Anil Singh told the court.

Although the bail hearing was completed on October 14, Justice. V.V. Patil reserved the result. After this, the court was closed from October 15 to 19 due to the festive season and Aryan's stay in the jail was extended.

On October 20, the court rejected the bail application. Aryan Khan then moved the Mumbai High Court for bail. However, the High Court refused to hold an urgent hearing and clarified that the petition would be heard on October 26.

The hearing in the Mumbai High Court began on Tuesday, October 26. Arguments were settled on October 27 on behalf of Aryan, Arbaaz and Munmun and finally on October 28, the High Court granted bail to Aryan Khan.

However, the date of October 29 passed till the next process was completed with the copy of the court along with the terms and conditions. Aryan was finally released from Arthur Road Prison on October 30.
