These states will get Zydus vaccine first, to prevent from Omicron variant

Omicron Coronavirus Vaccine: The new variant of coronavirus is now appearing in the country. In the last week of January 2022 and early February next year, the number of people affected by Omicron will be the highest in the country.

Although it is said that the effect of Omicron is not that much as compared to the second wave effect.

However, the government is fully aware and taking all majors to prevent people from new variant, vaccination will be provided in major states.

Vaccine Zydus will be provided to the country of people. One crore of Zydus dose will be distributed to West, Bengal, Jharkhand, Bihar, Punjab, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and Uttar Pradesh.

Although the states with low immunity rates will be prioritized more.

Zydus vaccine will be given in districts where the graph of the first dose of corona preventive vaccination is low. At present, complete vaccination in India has reached 50 percent of those eligible for vaccination. The Zydus vaccine will now also be given to adults.

Corona prevention vaccination campaign is going on the large in different parts of the country. On the other hand, Himachal Pradesh has reached the milestone in corona vaccination 100% of people which means every single person is vaccinated in the state.

The Omicron variant of the Corona, which has spread to 38 countries around the world, is now spreading rapidly in India as well. In just four days, the number of patients infected with omicron in the country has reached 21. On December 2, the first patient in the country to be infected with omicron was found.

On Sunday 17 patients of Omicron have been found in the country, nine patients have been found in Jaipur and Rajasthan, whereas seven were in Maharashtra and one in Delhi. So far, the Omicron variant has spread across five states, including the capital Delhi.
