100 villagers sent to home quarantine after mango pickle trader tests positive for coronavirus

The number of infections due to coronavirus is increasing day by day. It has often been reported that patients become infected without any symptoms of the deadly virus.

So many people have been shocked by this corona monster. A similar case has come to light in Mehboob Nagar in Telangana which has frightened the whole village.

A commotion has broken out in a village in Nawabpet Mandal in Mahbubnagar, Telangana. A few days ago, the village sarpanch had distributed mango pickles among 4,000 people.

Both the pickle seller and the chef are found to be corona positive. After this, a single commotion broke out in the village and about 100 villagers were kept at home.

On the one hand, health officials are working to reduce the spread of the corona virus. In Kollur, on the other hand, people have closed their shops for fear of the virus.

In summer, mango pickle is preferred in Telangana. At present, 112 villagers have been isolated from their homes after eating the pickles shared by the sarpanch.

District Medical and Health Officer (DMHO) Dr. K. Krishna said that so far no villager has tested positive for coronavirus.

The DMHO said the villagers need not panic, the situation is under control.

Yes, some villagers are scared after eating pickles. But we explained to them that eating pickles would not infect them with the virus.

According to officials, the sarpanch and her husband distributed pickles in all the houses in the village. He went to Shadpur to meet the trader to make mango pickles.

Shadpur is at a distance of 52 km from Kollur. A trader arranged for two cooks to make pickles, and they came to the village.

The sarpanch gathered 12 people and made mango pickles. They ate pickles and started working.

Two quintals of pickles were prepared. On the same day, some people tasted pickles. The next day some people ate pickles, while others stored them in jars and took them home.

The merchant and a chef were shocked to learn that they have been tested for COVID-19.
