Aadhar card is required for almost all jobs in our country. That is why it is important to make sure that all the information with the Aadhaar card is correct.

If the information in the base is incorrect, you may face some problems. But changing the information with Aadhar card is not as difficult as it used to be.

If you have bought a new house and you want to update your Aadhar card, you do not have to go anywhere. Now you can update Aadhar card without any documents.

Until now, any resident proof was required to change the address on the Aadhaar card.

"This can be done with the help of an Address Verifier and by sending an online request for an Address Validation Letter," the UIDAI press release stated.

For this you can change the address only with the help of another family member or friend, or the landlord who will allow you to change the address on your Aadhaar card as proof.

To change your address, you must first apply for a validation letter. Go to the website https://resident.uidai.gov.in and select the Request Aadhaar Validation Letter given in the Aadhaar Update Section.

This will open the Self Service Update Port (SSUP). Then you have to log in with the 12 digit Aadhaar number and then enter the Aadhaar number of the verifier and submit.

A link will be sent to their registered mobile number via SMS to approve the verifier. After clicking on this link, they will have to report the air OTP to that place.

The verifier then needs to be verified by dropping the OTP and captcha. You will then get a service request number.

This will require you to log in again and check your address. Also, if the address is correct, you have to click on submit.

You will receive a letter upon submission. A secret code will also be sent to the verifier.

After that you have to go to Aadhaar website again and click on Proceed to Update Address.

You can then log in with your Aadhaar number. Also, you have to select the Update Address via Secret Code option.

After selecting the secret code, double-check the address and click Submit. Then write down the update request number that appears on the screen. This way your new address can be changed without any documentation.
