If you have changed several companies and your money has been deposited in different PF accounts and you want to transfer it to a new account, you do not have to worry about it. You can do this at home. Just for this you need some.

Log in to your EPF account with your UAN and password. Click the Transfer Request option in the Online Services tab. Then provide the previous EPF account details (previous user ID). Transfer to you for verification from current or previous company or organization.

Provide your user ID or UAN where required. You can also generate your MID by clicking on the 'MID' option. After entering your MID, click on 'Get OTP' button to send OTP to your registered mobile number.

Once you get the OTP, enter it and click on the 'Submit' button. Submit a self-attested copy of your online PF transfer application in a PDF file to the selected company or organization within 10 days of submitting the online application.

The company or organization digitally approves the PF transfer request. Upon approval, the PF is transferred to a new account with the existing company. A tracking ID is then also generated. It can also be used to track online applications.

Employees have to download the transfer claim form (Form 13). In some cases employees are required to submit this form to the company to complete the EPF transfer process.

If you want to transfer money from PF, first of all you have to activate the universal account number from the account holder. In addition, the account holder must provide the bank account number and other details properly.
