PM Kisan Yojana: No need to go anywhere; Apply from your smartphone, get 6000 a year

The central government has set a target of doubling the income of farmers in the country by 2022. The government says that farmers will get the benefit only when the money from government schemes goes directly into their bank accounts. As a result, the Modi government transferred direct benefits.

According to government figures, more than 12 crore farmers have been connected to the scheme so far. These farmers get a benefit of Rs. 6000 per annum. This amount is credited to the farmer's account in three installments. Under this scheme, farmers have so far received more than Rs 1.60 lakh crore.

First go to Google Play Store on your mobile and download PM Kisan GoI Mobile App. When this app opens, click on New Registration. Select your state by entering the Aadhaar number in it.

Then type the image code i.e. captcha. Lastly you have to fill in your information. This will include your name, address, bank account number, IFSC code etc.

After that you have to fill in your land account number and other information which will be on your Satbari. Then click the submit button.

A few days after registration from mobile you can know the status of your application by calling PM Kisan Helpline number- 155261 / 011-24300606.

If you cannot apply through mobile, you will have to go to the nearest CSC center. Apart from this you can apply by visiting the website of PM Kisan Nidhi. The PM Kisan fund is likely to double.
