The youth, identified as Zaid Rana, was arrested by NCB in April drugs like Marijuana, hashish, etc was found in his house which was hidden in a scooter and drawer.

Zaid Rana has claimed that Sameer Wankhede did all this to create personal enmity. It is reported that Sameer Wankhede and Zaid Rana are neighbors.

With this quarrel in mind, Wankhede got involved in a drug case. Wankhede himself had kept drugs in my house. A charge sheet was filed in the case in October. It contains many false claims, said Zaid.

He further said "Even though Sameer Wankhede was present at the spot, it has been conveniently avoided. However, an examination of the CCTV footage of the building reveals the truth. Therefore, it has been demanded in the application that CCTV footage of the place concerned should be seized".

The accused have also demanded that the case be handed over to a body not affiliated with Wankhede. A special NDPS court has directed the NCB to file a reply on Zaid Rana's bail application. The next hearing of the case will be held on Saturday.

The same people who were called arbitrators in the Aryan Khan case were also shown as arbitrators in Zaid Rana's case. However, after many cases came to light where, Wankhede prepared false and forged reports and dismissed the arbitrator.
