Maharashtra BJP still hoping to form govt in state

The BJP may have missed out on forming the government in Maharashtra , but it still hopes to form the government. Even if the Shiv Sena negotiating with the NCP and the Congress to form a government succeeds in its effort, a government with a mismatched coalition will not last long and ultimatey BJP will have to come forward to form the government.

A central BJP official said that the people of the state gave a mandate to the BJP-Shiv Sena alliance to form the government, but Shiv Sena is violating it by going with NCP-Congress.
