    SC Collegium recommends Gujarat HC judge as CJ Tripura HC

    The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended Justice A A Kureshi appointment as Chief Justice of Tripura High Court. The Collegium has modified its May 10 recommendation in connection with the appointment of Justice Kureshi as the Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh, as the Centre had sent two consecutive letters to reconsider the proposal. Justice Kureshi is the senior most judge from the Gujarat High Court.
