Haryana is one of the 29 states in India, located in northern part of the country. It was carved out of the former state of East Punjab on 1 November 1966 on linguistic as well as on cultural basis.
As precaution against spread of coronavirus, Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij on Sunday announced closure of all cinema halls, night clubs, schools and gymnasium across the state till March 31.
