3 prisoners booked for sending forged bail order papers to the jailor

Aurangabad, Feb 3:

The Harsul police have booked three prisoners of the Harsul Jail and cheated the jail administration by putting forged order papers stating that the court has granted bail to them in the prison's letterbox.

The accused have been identified as Uddhav alias Udya Majlya Bhosale, Asab Dastgir Shaikh and Vishal Milind Pardhe. All three prisoners are sentenced in serious offenses. The court despite their several attempts, had not sanctioned their bail applications. Hence, they decided to send forged orders of their bail to the jail administration. On January 1, one of the three accused was admitted to the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) where he gained the blank order papers. Later, they put two bail orders in the letterbox of the Harsul Jail. However, they were caught while putting the third order. They confessed in front of the Jail superintendent that they had put the forged bail orders in the letter box. A case was registered at the Harsul Police Station on the basis of the complaint lodged by Jail officer Irshad Yaqub. PSI Atul Thokal is further investigating the case.
