Alert parents foil kidnapping of six years old boy

Aurangabad, June 10:

A 29-year-old man over one-sided lover towards a woman kidnapped her six years boy. The police chased the car and arrested the kidnapper gat Gharegaon near Shrigonda in Ahmednagar district. The incident occurred on Wednesday afternoon. The arrested has been identified as Sagar Gorakh Alekar (29, Shrigaonda, Ahmednagar) and has been handed over to the Waluj MIDC police.

A couple from Ahmednagar district came to Waluj MIDC for work with their six-year-old son Pappu (name changed) and stayed in a rented house. Sagar had one-sided love towards Pappu's mother, who is the sister of his friend.

On Wednesday, Sagar came to Pappu's house at around 9 am in his car (MH 42 AH 9655). The couple gave him a warm welcome as he was a friend of her brother. After breakfast, he left the house but again called the couple at Mohatadevi Chowk. They went there and he told Pappu's father that he and his wife has an affair. Therefore, he wants to take her with him. However, she refused, and the couple returned home.

Sagar again went to their house in a fit of rage and forcibly took away Pappu with him in his car. The couple chased the car on motorcycle and on the way even informed about the incident to their relatives at Shrigonda. The relatives reported about it to the Shrigonda police. The police stopped the car near Shrigonda and rescued the young boy. The police arrested Sagar and a Waluj MIDC police station team including PSI Sachin Pagote, constable Deepak Matlabe and others went to Shrigonda and brought Sagar Alekar to Aurangabad on Thursday morning.
