Aurangabad is the best city to buy and invest in property

Aurangabad, Feb 19:

I have lived in many cities for work. But Aurangabad is the best city in the whole country. Currently, development works are underway at various levels to make Aurangabad a smart city. There will be no water shortage for the next 30 years. Municipal commissioner Astik Kumar Pandey himself assured the home buyers that it is most profitable to buy or invest in property in this historic, industrial, scenic and safe city. Not only that, he expressed his desire to settle in this city.

The occasion was the inauguration of the Lokmat Property Show presented by Icon Steel. The three-day home exhibition was inaugurated by Pandey on Friday morning at Lokmat Bhavan, Jalna Road. Maharashtra CREDAI president Pramod Khairnar, Aurangabad CREDAI president Narendrasingh Jabinda, Aurangabad CREDAI President (Elect) Nitin Bagadia and Icon Steel's chief distributor Pankaj Pandey were present on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, Pandey said that the natural, geographical environment of Aurangabad is very good for living a good, safe life. There is no risk of earthquakes, no tsunami. The Rs 1,680 crore new waterline from Jayakwadi to Aurangabad will get rid of water shortage for the next 30 years. Roads from funds of Rs 386 crore have been constructed and Rs 152 crore road works are in progress. "We are aiming to make Aurangabad one of the top ten cities in the country in terms of cleanliness next year," he said. He also said that 750 CCTV cameras are being installed in the city for the safety of women and citizens. He praised Lokmat by saying 'Lokmat means Maharashtra and Maharashtra means Lokmat'.

Pramod Khairnar said that during the Corona lockdown, people understood the importance of owning a home. The government also gave concessions in registry fees to help people get houses and encourage the construction sector, and this has had a huge positive effect. Demand for housing has increased by 86 per cent. Citizens are buying a house to take advantage of the discount on the registration fee. He appealed to the consumers to come to the exhibition and book the right house.

Renowned builders Ramesh Nagpal, Bhaskar Chaudhary, Vikas Chaudhary, Rajesh Butole and others were present on this occasion. The dignitaries were welcomed by DGM, Lokmat advertising department, Maharashtra (South) Alok Srivastav, senior general manager Praveen Chopra, Editor Lokmat Sudhir Mahajan, Editor, Lokmat Samachar Amitabh Srivastava and Resident Editor, Lokmat Times Yogesh Gole welcomed the dignitaries.
