Bamu to conduct exams again for those who deprived due to some reasons

Aurangabad, Oct 21:

Vice-chancellor Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (Bamu) Dr Pramod Yeole on Wednesday said that those students of undergraduate and postgraduate courses who did not take examination in the first week of October due to some technical reasons will get another opportunity.

It may be noted that the university started UG and PG examinations at 330 centres from October 9 in two sessions. The first session is from 9 am to 3 pm and the second is from 2 pm to 8 pm. Each paper has 60 questions of multiple-choice (MCQs) and students have to attempt 50 of them in one hour in offline or line mode.VC Dr Yeole said that the examinations are being held smoothly with the help of college principals, teaches and students.

Director of Board of Examinations and Evaluation Dr Yogesh Patil said that those students who did not take some papers from October 9 to 13 because of some technical problems, can re-appear for the papers between 26 October and 28.

“Those who deprived of papers from October 14 to 17 will be able to retake the examinations between October 29 and 31. Students can attempt the papers in a single day or daily one,” he said. Nearly 20,000 candidates appear daily by keeping social distancing in COVID situation.
