City to continue experiencing cold weather

Aurangabad, Feb 3:

The cold climate returned to the city as the citizens are experiencing a fall in temperature from the past four days. The Chikalthana meteorological department recorded a low temperature of 13.2 degree Celsius on Tuesday.

According to the IMD officials, a low-pressure belt is active in the coastal area has caused a hurdle for the cold wind flowing from the northern region. This resulted in cold conditions, and the temperature dropped in the region. The low-pressure belt was earlier present in central Maharashtra. The change in the low-pressure belt position has created a path for cold winds to flow from Marathwada. Likewise, Aurangabad is also experiencing a drop in temperature. Today the city recorded a minimum temperature of 12 degrees Celsius. The IMD has predicted dry weather for the entire week, and there will be ups and downs in the temperature.
