College asked to set up competitive exams guidance centre

Aurangabad, Feb 1:

Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (Bamu) has asked all the colleges to set up competitive examination guidance centre.

The number of youths joining civil service has come down across the State during the past several years.

The State Government asked all the universities to set up the centres government, private aided, unaided and autonomous colleges to increase the number of youths in the civil services.

Subsequently, Bamu issued a letter to all the colleges within its jurisdiction, urging them to establish the centres and appoint experienced teacher as coordinator immediately.

Each college will have to send the report of starting the centre and appointing coordinator instantly to the university online.
