Cyber Cell files charge sheet against jilted lover for uploading obscene photo of woman on social media

Cyber Cell police have cracked a case and succeeded in filing charge sheet against the spoiled brat and jilted lover, who opened a fake account of victim on Facebook and uploaded her obscene photograph through morphing, within four days in the court.

The accused have been identified as Santosh Sheshrao Dighule (a resident of Pimplewadi in Jalna district). The married woman had registered a complaint with the cell stating that her two fake accounts were opened on Facebook, and her obscene photograph was also uploaded on the account through morphing. The accused also uploaded her contact number. The police registered the case on October 7 and started the investigation. They arrested Santosh on the next day. Later on, the awarded one-day police custody remand (PCR) to him. During the investigation, the youth was not feeling any regret of his wrong-doing. He claimed that he loves the victim and is not ready to accept that she is married to another person. To teach her a lesson, he has done the crime.

Notably, Santosh is also married and works in a bank at Jalna.

Later on, the police filed the charge sheet against him and submitted it in the court. Under the guidance of seniors, police inspector Bagwade and subordinate Amol Sontakke compiled the evidence.

Earlier, Sevali police station had booked Santosh on a charge of molestation when the same victim complained to police against him in May. The police had taken prohibitory action against him.
