Dr Gaikwad relieved of Joint-Director's charge

Aurangabad, June 22:

Dr Ranjitsingh Krishnarao Nimbalkar, a professor from Government Institute of Forensic Science (GIFS) was appointed new joint-director of Higher Education (Aurangabad division) on Tuesday.

Dr D D Gaikwad, who is an associate professor from GIFS, was relieved of his charge as joint director today. He was appointed HE joint-director of the division in December 2019.

Dr Ranjitsingh Nimbalkar will be the new joint director of the division. Director of Higher Education Dr Dhanraj Mane issued the appointment of Dr Nimbalkar.

As a Government representative, the joint director keeps a watch on all the aided and non-aided colleges from Aurangabad, Jalna, Beed and Osmanabad districts which fall within the jurisdiction of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (Bamu).
