Aurangabad, Oct 12: Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (BAMU) has initiated the graduation and post-graduation final semester examination from October 9. The examination to be taken in the summer are now taken in the winter due to the Corona outburst. Vice chancellor, Dr Pramod Yeole has resolved that although, the examinations have been delayed, the results will not be delayed. The results of degree and post-graduation final semester will be most likely to be declared by October end.

Dr Yeole said, the on-line and off-line final semester examinations of the graduation and post-graduation courses in all the four districts in the jurisdiction of BAMU has began from October 9. The examinations are being held at 330 various centres. On the first day of the examination, the students faced some technical problems, but precautions are being taken that the students may not face the problems in the next papers.

In all, 660 IT coordinators and 12 statutory officers have been appointed for conducting the examinations smoothly. Around, 60,000 students gave online examination in the past three days. The administration is taking efforts so that the results can be declared by October end. So that the admission process for post-graduation courses can be started at university and colleges at the beginning of the new year.

Meanwhile, the university has declared the results of the final semester of M.Tech, MCA, MBA, the courses for which the students had to submit only the research papers for final semester, on Monday. The papers submission and viva for these examinations were held between September 15 and 25, informing the board of evaluation director, Dr Yogesh Patil.
