Lady employee molested in company

Aurangabad, Jan 20:

The Waluj police have booked a supervisor and his friend for molesting a 44 years old lady employee of his company.

According to the details, a 44 years old woman from the city joined a company at Waluj MIDC area on July 31 as an operator. The supervisor, Robert, was making her acquainted with the work of the company. He tried to come close to her by asking her phone number and inviting her for lunch. However, she ignored him. Still, Robert did not leave her and told her that his relative is an officer in this company and he can make her a regular employee in the company. Hence, she complained about Robert to the officers of the human resources department. The officers took action against Robert and gave him a warning.

Meanwhile, Robert’s friend and line supervisor Sachin Patil also insisted on having a relationship with Robert and frequently send her to his cabin. On October 1, Patil again send her to Robert’s cabin. Robert asked her to have relations with him and molested her by dragging her hand. After this incident, she was very afraid and requested Patil not to send her to Robert’s cabin again. However, she kept silent due to fear. On October 17, she was relieved from the job. After leaving the job, the lady employee send applications in this regard to the police commissioner and Waluj MIDC police station.

Meanwhile, she had not lodged a complaint at the Waluj police station as she and her daughter was not well. On December 19, she went to Waluj MIDC police station told her woes to PI Sandeep Gurme. Accordingly, a case has been registered against Robert and Sachin Patil.
