Aurangabad, June 24:

The Aurangabad bench of Bombay High Court comprising Justice Sanjay V Gangapurwala and Justice M G Shevlikar rejected the petition filed to seek relaxation in minimum passing marks of Ph D Entrance Test (PET).

According to details, the university conducted online PET for Ph D admissions.

One of the candidates Feroz Khan who failed in the test, demanded five per cent relaxation for Persons with Disability (PWD) in minimum passing marks on the line of Schedule Caste and Tribe candidates.

Later, he filed a petition in the HC, which rejected the petition.

The court disposed of the case giving reference to the earlier rejected petition of the candidate.
