Research centres to face closure if conditions not fulfilled

Aurangabad, July 22:

The Ph D research centres within Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (Bamu) jurisdiction will be recognised if new norms are not followed.

Bamu announced new terms and conditions for the approval of Ph D Research Centres.

The Board of Deans recommended new norms on May 28, 2021, to the university administration.

The old centres which have one approved post of research guide should take permission from the university for another research guide of nearby approved college.

All the research centres should have the required facilities.

The proposals of those colleges which had no approved research guide (two) were rejected with the remarks, can submit it again.
