Results of Atmanirbhar Bharat Innovation Challenge declared

Aurangabad, April 8:

The results of 'Atmanirbhar Bharat Innovation Challenge 2021' organized by Marathwada Accelerator for Growth and Incubation Council (MAGIC) were announced recently. The names of the six winners were announced in various categories.

This is the third year of competition. The competition was inaugurated in January 2021 by the minister for road transport and highways Nitin Gadkari. The entire competition was conducted online. More than 250 new and creative concepts were presented by participants from 25 cities in 17 states. This included 70 startups, 50 women entrepreneurs and 40 patent holders. Out of these, 90 projects were selected for the first round. The presentations were held on February 21. Out of these, 20 shortlisted participants made it to the finals. The final round of the competition was held on March 21. It was examined by Magic program team and 15 senior industry experts. After forty days of testing and presentation, six winners in various categories were announced.

Winners of the competition:

-Open category :

1st: Nishant Agarwal of Life and Limb, Kanpur.

2nd: Avantika Joglekar of The Special Ninja Learning Academy Pune and Atul Kherde of Sushruta Designs, Aurangabad.

-Women Entrepreneur - Vaishali Biyani of D'Designs, Kanpur

-Emerging Entrepreneur - Deepak Rajmohan of Greenpod Labs, Chennai

-Entrepreneurs from Marathwada - Jyoti Nimbhore of Aurangabad's Fresh Vegetables initiative
