Schools made errors in providing students evaluation information

Aurangabad, July 8:

The Aurangabad division of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education facing inconvenience while preparing result information of SSC students as the many schools made many mistakes while providing students evaluation details.

The examinations of SSC were cancelled and marks would be allotted on the basis of internal assessment.

The schools were asked to upload evaluation details of students from June 21. It was given an extension up to July 2.

The divisional office of the State Board Department found many errors in uploading students' data in the online system. Divisional joint secretary of the MSBSHSE R P Patil said that the work of removing errors from the schools' information is underway.

The divisional office, which was asked to submit the result details up to July 9, sought three more days time for the work (up to July 12).

A total of 1.77 lakh students applied for the SSC examinations. The result information of 2,560 students was not finalised yet.
