Son kills father’s lover

Aurangabad, Oct 24:

A son fed up with constant quarrels of parents over his father illicit relation, killed his father’s lover Ashabai Sheshrao Gangurde. The murder came to light on Thursday evening at Wadner in Kannad tehsil. The rural police have arrested three accused in this connection. Two of them were produced before the court and were remanded in the police custody for seven days. Decease Ashabai had alleged illicit relation with murderer Ravi’s father Balu Wagh. There were constant quarrels over the relation among his parents and he was fed up with it. In a fit of rage, Ravi with the help of a minor boy called Ashabai in the bank of the river. He then attacked her with an axe on head, face, chest and hands.

Sheshrao Abarao Gangurde (40) lodged a complaint at the rural police station in this regard. He mentioned in the complaint that he left home for work and returned in the evening. His son told him about the incident. The women returning from the work in the evening noticed Ashabai lying in an injured condition in the farm of Swapnil Rathod near the bank of the river. When he rushed to the spot, he found her dead in pool of blood , deceased’s son Aman informed the police.
