Transactions allowed till 4 pm in rural areas; curfew from 5 pm

Aurangabad, June 6:

The clutches of the second wave of Corona has not loosen in the rural areas of the district yet. The positivity rate of the Corona patient in the rural areas is 5.46 percent while the 20.34 percent oxygen beds are still occupied. Hence, as per the government directives, the district has been categorized in level three. Thus, a revised order was released under the break the chain initiative on Sunday evening for the rural areas (excluding municipal corporation jurisdiction).

The transactions are allowed from June 7 between 7 am and 4 pm while curfew will be imposed from 5 pm. The orders have been issued collectively by the chairman of the Disaster Management Authority and district collector Sunil Chavan, ZP CEO Dr Mangesh Gondawale and Police Superintendent Mokshada Patil. Baring the essential services, curfew will be imposed in the district after 4 pm. The services and industries coming under the essential services in the city will be similar for the rural areas also.

Restrictions in rural areas

Essential services, shops will be open daily between 7 am and 4 pm. Similarly, the shops will be open from Monday to Friday between the same time.

Malls, Cinema Halls, Drama Theaters will be completely closed. Hotels, eateries, Shivbhojan Cenres will be open between 7 am and 4 pm with 50 per cent capacity. Parcel facility will be available after 4 pm. On Saturday and Sunday, only parcel facility and home delivery will be available. All parks, gardens, grounds will be open between 5 am and 9 am. The private establishments will be open during the regular timings. All offices (excluding Corona front workers) will be open with 50 percent presence. Relaxation has been given for sports between 5 am and 9 am and 6 pm and 9 pm.

Marriage ceremonies in presence of 50 persons

Gatherings, social, cultural, entertainment programmes will be open between Monday to Friday till 4 pm with the 50 percent capacity of the theatres. Only 50 persons are allowed for marriage ceremonies and 20 for the funerals. Permission has been granted with 50 per cent capacity of the seating capacity for elections, local authorities and co-operative institutes general meetings. The outer labours for the constructions will be allowed till 4 pm. All issues related to agriculture will be permitted till 4 pm throughout the week. E-commerce services will be open daily. Gym, Salon, Beauty Parlour, Spa, Wellness Centres will be open with 50 per cent capacity with appointments. Use of ACs is prohibited. The establishments, programmes having restrictions of seating capacity, will have to highlight a board in front side.

Orders regarding traffic

Public transport will be open with full capacity. Passengers standing in the buses during travel are not allowed. Cargo services will be open full time with three persons. E-passes will be compulsory for the persons coming in private cars, taxis from level five districts.
