The Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) has issued a notice regarding a scheduled 12-hour water supply interruption on December 1, 2023. This disruption is necessitated by urgent repair work at Katai Naka on the Barvi Gravity Channel, facilitated by the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation.

Affected Areas and Duration

Starting at 12:00 on Friday, the interruption will impact significant areas, including Diva, Mumbra, Kalwa, Rupadevi Pada, Kisan Nagar No. 2, Nehru Nagar, and Kolshet. Residents in these regions should be prepared for a temporary halt in water supply during this period.
