England captain Eoin Morgan won the toss and opted to bowl in the fourth T20I against India in Ahmedabad on Thursday. India made two changes with Ishan Kishan, who is suffering from a groin strain, making way for Suryakumar Yadav and Rahul Chahar coming in for Yuzvendra Chahal. England are fielding the same playing XI. Suryakumar Yadav shined with bat for the hosts with the Mumbai batsman scoring a six off the very first delivery.

The indian innings was marred with lots of controversy with the style of dismissals. Shreyas Iyer, who played another key innings at a strike-rate north of 200 and ensured that India made it to a total that's certainly above-par. There was a lot of hitting and missing at the end there, with Jofra Archer picking up four in the process, but amidst Pant's 30, and a useful little cameo from Shardul Thakur gave India a respectable total. A win for England will help them clinch the series which is crucial ahead of the T20 World Cup. For India it is all about staying alive in the series with the management yet to finalise on the T20 combinations for the big event.
