Nagpur, March 7 Centre Point School, Dabha set up a pulsating final clash with Shri Rajendra High School in the Nagpur leg of the Boys' U-14 category in the Mumbai Ind Junior 2020 cricket tournament. The school from Dabha beat their counterparts Centre Point School, Katol Road in the semi-final by 36 runs on Saturday.

Aditya Bhargava came up with a match-winning performance with the ball to help Centre Point School, Dabha defend a modest total of 192/9 in the stipulated 40 overs. Bhargava took four wickets to restrict the batsmen from the Katol Road school.

Batting first, Centre Point School, Dabha batsmen struggled to get going against some quality bowling but Gaganprit Saini held one side with a sedate knock of 38 runs. He set the platform and Aaraf Khan later gave an impetus to the innings with an unbeaten 43 runs to give their bowlers a fighting total to defend in a pressure game.

The target wasn't difficult for in-form Katol Road batsmen who had posted some massive totals in the earlier matches. But, Bhargava came up with an impressive spell and was well supported by team-mates to break the backbone of their rival's chase by getting rid of their dangerous top-order batsmen. They continued to sneak wickets at regular intervals to bowl out Centre Point School, Katol Road for 156 runs in 34.3 overs.

Shri Rajendra High School had defeated Bhavan's BP Vidyamandir, Ashti by ten wickets in the first Boys U-14 semi-final on Friday.
