In a bizzare turn of events, Children's Welfare school from Andheri were knocked out for just 7 runs in a Harris Shield match with all its batsman scoring ducks. The opposition bundled the team in just six overs with the wrecker in chief being Alok Pal, from Swami Vivekanad International School, Borivali. The seven runs scored by Children's Welfare school were conceded through extras (six wides and one byes)

The poor display of batsmanship saw Children's Welfare suffer the heaviest defeat in the history of inter-school cricket tournament. Batting first at the New Era ground in Azad Maidan, SVIS, scored 761 for the loss of four wickets in the stipulated 39 overs.

This tally includes a 156- run penalty imposed on Children's Welfare bowlers for being six overs short in the stipulated three-hour time where they were supposed to bowl 45 overs. The coach of SVIS Mahesh Lotilkar was delighted with his team's dominant performance. Star India cricketer Rohit Sharma is an alumni of Swami Vivekanad International School, Borivali.
