The makers of Big Boss held a press conference with Salman Khan on the as the launch of the controversial reality show nears its date. Amid this, as the Bigg Boss makers are returning with the 14th season, salaries have been a major talking point. Speculations are rife that host Salman Khan is being paid a hefty amount for Bigg Boss 14. However, during the launch of the new season on the popular reality show, the Dabangg star stated that he is willing to cut down his fees so others in the team can get their respective salaries. 

Salman made this statement while speaking to the producer of the show who stated that they are paying full salary to people associated with the show even through the waiting period. Soon, the superstar quipped about his salary and stated, “I am more than happy to cut my pay so that other people can get paid. Salman is all set to return to television with Bigg Boss 14 on October 3. With just a few days left for the grand premiere, the actor in a press conference today (September 24) talked about the pandemic its effects on jobs in the entertainment industry. Not just this, in the press conference on Thursday, Salman also said that this is the longest time he has stayed without work in his career and he called it the worst feeling. With the press conference, action has already begun. And it's only a matter of a few days until the big reveal of all the contestants. For now some of the probable names to enter the house are Nikki Tamboli, Eijaz Khan, Jasmin Bhasin among others.
