In a new development, Mumbai Police have collected the recordings of CCTV footage of the building in which Sushant Singh Rajput was living. Police had found out that no CCTV camera was installed in the late actor's house.  Two days ago,  statement of noted filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali was recorded at the Bandra police station. The Black director was accompained by his lawyer at the station. As per Mumbai Police, in his statement, Bhansali said that he was planning to sign Sushant Singh Rajput in four of his films but couldn't do that because Sushant's dates were not available.

Till now, cops have recorded 34 statements in the case including rumored girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, Rohini Iyer, Siddharth Pithani and Mukesh Chhabra. Rajput was found dead – hanging - in his apartment on June 14, a week after his former manager Disha Salian committed suicide. The actor's final autopsy and vicera report has come negative ruling out any foul play. Sushant’s last film Dil Bechara is slated to hit the OTT platform  on July 24. The movie which is a remake of the Hollywood film Fault Of Our Stars is one of the most anticipated films of 2020.
