Father's Day 2021: Jasmin Bhasin to buy a house in Mumbai for her parents

Actress Jasmin Bhasin is celebrating Father's Day in a special way this year. The former Big Boss contestant has planned virtual celebrations and surprises for her father Surpal Singh Bhasin and even sent him a Father’s Day gift in advance, but she says she is still working on a special gift for her parents, who live in Kota. Talking to Times of India, Jasmin revealed that, she plans on buying a house in Mumbai for her parents.  Jasmin said that she has not been able to see her parents for over a year due to Covid-19 and hence she misses them terribly. Continuing further she said, “After my mom recovered, I told my father strictly that I have to be around them. I would never want to experience any such situation again when I felt so helpless and had sleepless nights. It was a nightmare and it left me worried. So, my parents will soon move in with me in Mumbai and I am looking forward to buying a house where we can live together,” she said.

Talking about her father, Jasmin added “No matter what I have decided to do in life, my parents, especially my father, have always supported me and encouraged me to do my best. Being with them here will give me more strength and support.” She also said that her father had always supported her, be it in her standard 10 exams, her acting career or her Bigg Boss journey.Jasmin Bhasin made her acting debut with the Tamil film Vaanam. She followed this up with films in Malayalam and Telugu, before making her debut in television with the series Tashan-e-Ishq. She is best known for her work in shows such as Dil Se Dil Tak, Khatron Ke Khiladi and Big Boss. The actress has been in the headlines for her love life with actor Aly Goni. Both Aly and Jasmin grew close to each other during their recent stint in the Big Boss house. After the show, the two have worked in several music videos. Jasmin also visits Aly's hometown in Jammu with him often. In an interview with TOI, Jasmin had said, "Both Aly and I are strong individuals and do not want to complicate our relationship. We are happy being the way we are and do not want to overthink about it at this juncture. It’s a new phase in our lives which is very beautiful and we both want to enjoy and live this to the fullest."
