"Love you our first born baby": Kareena sends birthday wishes to niece Samaira Kapur

Kareena Kapoor Khan penned a sweet birthday note for niece Samaira Kapur on her birthday. Bebo also shared a priceless throwback picture in which Kareena can be seen hugging Samaira. Samaira is Karisma and ex-husband Sunjay Kapur first born. The couple have two kids, Samaira and son Kiaan Raj Kapoor.
