Salman Khan bids his best friend Wajid Khan an emotional goodbye

Bollywood music composer Wajid Khan of Sajid-Wajid fame passed away at the age of 42. Wajid along with his brother started their career in showbiz with Pyar Kiya Tho Darna Kya. From thereon the duo have worked very closely with Salman on various projects over the years. Their last collaboration with Salman was ‘Pyaar Karona’ and ‘Bhai Bhai’ which was sung by Salman himself amid the COVID-19 lockdown. Salman Khan took to his Twitter account and offered his condolences to the late music composer. In his tweet, he wrote that he will miss Wajid and his talent. He wrote, “Wajid Vil always love, respect, remember n miss u as a person n ur talent, Love u n may your beautiful soul rest in peace

Music director Salim Merchant posted on Twitter, "Devastated with the news of the passing away of my brother Wajid of Sajid -Wajid fame. May Allah give strength to the family. Safe travels bro @wajidkhan7 you’ve gone too soon. It’s a huge loss to our fraternity. I’m shocked & broken. Inna Lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un.'' Apart from Salim a host of celebs including Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Varun Dhawan, Ranveer Singh, also mourned the music composer's demise.
