Sushant Singh Rajput’s fan puts up hoardings on streets demanding CBI enquiry

The tragic demise of Sushant Singh Rajput has triggered a moment of sorts across the country. The fans of the actor has been demanding CBI inquiry into the Kedarnath star's death which occured on June 14.  In the latest development,  a fan has put up hoardings across the streets of Delhi demanding the same. Following this, soon fans started trending #JanAndolan4SSR on Twitter.  Bollywood actors like Shekhar Suman and many politicians have been demanding a CBI enquiry in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. While there has been no development on this front, Mumbai Police have been actively investigating the same.

A number of high profile B-town personalities have been questioned in the case so far this includes directors Aditya Chopra, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, and Rumi Jaffrey. Meanwhile, Mahesh Bhatt and Dharma Productions CEO Apurva Mehta have also received summons. According to reports, around 39 people have already been questioned by the police thus far. The latest developmemnt come in days after Kangana Ranaut made stark allegations that certain members of the Bollywood film fraternity were responsible for 'systematic boycott' of the actor. Following Rajput's demise, Kangana released a two-minute video speaking highly of the deceased actor and accusing certain sections of the film industry for not acknowledging the star's talent. Kangana had also claimed that some of the last social media posts by the actor made it evident that he was struggling to survive in the industry. Sushant was found hanging in his Mumbai apartment on June 14.
