Sushant Singh Rajput's psychiatrist records his statement on the actor's mental state

In the latest round of development in Sushant Singh Rajput death, the actor's psychiatrist has been quizzed according to a report in E-times. According to Times Now, the psychiatrist’s prescription was found from Sushant Singh Rajput’s flat in Bandra and in a police investigation it was revealed that the actor had consulted this psychiatrist from January and took medicine till May, post which he stopped. 

The report also stated that several friends, family and associated had spoken about Sushant Singh Rajput’s behavior in the past few months and to verify those claims, the police have called the doctor, wherein they will also try to understand what all the actor had shared about his depression and change in behavior. Yesterday, Sushant Singh Rajput’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty had urged for a CBI inquiry into the actor’s death. Requesting Home Minister Amit Shah to take action. 

Rajput was found dead at his residence on June 14 after he hanged himself at his residence. Sushant Singh Rajput debuted in the 2013 film "Kai Po Che" and went on to do several films, including "PK", "Kedarnath", "Sonchiriya" and "Chhichhore" - one of his last films that was widely appreciated. Fans of the actor in India and across the globe are still to come to terms with the demise of their favourite star.
