Tuesdays and Fridays Trailer: Jhataleka Malhotra shines in her debut outing

The trailer of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's new production venture Tuesdays And Fridays has finally hit the web. The story revolves around  two millennials who date each other but get to meet each other only on Tuesdays and Fridays, while they are free to date other people for the rest of the week. The rom-com stars  Poonam Dhillon and Ashok Thakeria's son Anmol Thakeria and Former Miss India International, Jhataleka Malhotra. It marks the debut of both the actors in Bollywood. Anmol’s character is called Varun, while Jhataleka plays the role of Sia, and the trailer showcases their topsy turvy lovestory.

In one of the scenes Anmol dresses up  like Maine Pyar Kiya’s Salman Khan, and Jhataleka, reliving  Sridevi’s avatar from the iconic film Lamhe. The film is set to release on February 19 and going by the trailer, the makers have given viewers lot to cheer this Valentine's day. The movie also stars Zoa Morani and Niki Walia in pivotal roles.  The film also marks Taranveer Singh's directorial debut. He has been an assistant director of multiple films including Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Jhootha Hi Sahi, and Karthik Calling Karthik. Interestingly, this is not the first time that Sanjay Leela Bhansali has launched star kids in Bollywood. The acclaimed filmmaker is also credited with launching actors like Ranbir Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor through his directorial venture, Saawariya. He even introduced his niece Sharmin Segal and Meezaan, son of actor Jaaved Jaaferi, in a project produced by him, titled Malaal.
