Veteran Tamil actor Bala Singh dies at 67
Popular Tamil actor Bala Singh breathed his last at a private hospital in Chennai he was undergoing treatment for food poisoning since the past few days. His mortal remains have been kept at his residence and in the evening, his body will be taken to his hometown. Bala who started his career in Malayalam films went on to star in nearly 100 films. Bala was equally popular in television. He made his small screen debut with the serial Soolam in 2002.
Bala was last seen in the serial Aathira as Rajarajan in the year 2016. His role in 'Baasi' as an antagonist won him critical acclaim. The entertainment industry was in a state of shock over the demise of the veteran actor. Members from televison and film industry expressed their condolences on the sad demise of the actor.
