Shocking! Pak's Musharraf calls Laden a 'hero'

Former Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf had admitted in an interview that Kashmiris are ' trained in Pakistan ' as Mujahideen to fight against the Indian Army. In this interview, Musharraf called Jihadi terrorists a Pakistani hero. He also said that Osama bin Laden, Ayman al-Zawahiri and Jalaluddin Haqqani and other terrorists are heroes of Pakistan.

Musharraf calls Laden a 'Pakistani Hero' According to an ANI report, Musharraf, who came to Pakistan's Kashmir, can be heard saying in an old interview clip (date not mentioned) shared by Pakistani politician Furtullah Babar on Twitter on Wednesday. We trained and supported them. We considered him a Mujahideen, who would fight against the Indian Army. During this period many terrorist organizations like Lashkar-e-Taiba emerged. They (jihadi terrorists) were our heroes.

Musharraf said in this interview, 'In 1979 we started religious extremism in Afghanistan for the benefit of Pakistan. We brought Mujahideen from all over the world, trained them and supplied weapons. We trained the Taliban, sent them in. He was our hero. Haqqani was our hero. Osama bin Laden was our hero. Ayman al-Zawahiri was our hero. After this the global environment changed. The world started seeing things differently. Our heroes became villains.

This disclosure of retired General Musharraf is evidence that Pakistan which has been claiming to have not intervened in Kashmir has been training the terrorists and also providing them safe haven for spreading terrorism in the region.
