Malaika Arora took to Instagram and  invited her fans to join her live workout session on International Day of Yoga.  Malaika wrote for her fans, “Walk, run, move, breathe, stretch, flex. But #startohkaro. International Day of Yoga is 4 days away! What are you guys doing (sic)?”Malaika recently, shared a video in which she can be seen stretching in a flight while travelling. ! She encouraged her fans and followers to stretch whenever they get time too, even if it is while travelling. She wrote, “Stretch when you wakeup, stretch when you get a 5 mins break from work, stretch while traveling. Malaika's work out posts come days after she opened up about struggling to work out after she recovered from COVID-19: "I felt disappointed that my body wasn't supporting how my mind felt. I was afraid that I'd never gain back my strength. I wondered whether I'd even be able to complete one activity in 24 hours. My first work out, was brutal. I couldn't do anything well. I felt broken. But Day 2, I got back up and I told myself, I am my own maker. And then day 3 and 4 and 5 and so on," she wrote. On the work front, Malaika Arora was last seen as a judge on the reality show India's Best Dancer with Terence Lewis and Geeta Kapur. The 47-year old  also had a special appearance in The Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Wives, which is now streaming on Netflix.
