Anubhav Sinha backs Mumbai police, after AIIMS confirms Sushant's death as suicide

Director - Producer Anubhav Sinha has posted in support of the Mumbai police, indirectly hinting at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) statement wherein they ruled out ‘murder’ in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. “What took ‘others’ 3.5 months to establish was established by the @MumbaiPolice in 3.5 days. Metaphorically speaking. Ok?” posted the filmmaker. Yesterday, Dr Sudhir Gupta, Chairman of AIIMS Forensic Medical Board had told ANI, “We have concluded our conclusive report. It is a case of hanging and death by suicide. There were no injuries over the body other than hanging. There were no marks of struggle/ scuffle in the body and clothes of the deceased.

Earlier, Mumbai Police commissioner, Parambir Singh said that the findings of AIIMS hospital, proves that investigation by the Mumbai Police and Cooper Hospital doctors was correct. Lot of allegations were put on us but the report from AIIMS proves we were right. "He also said that the Sushant Singh Rajput death case was investigated by the Mumbai Police properly. He said, "From the very beginning in Sushant Singh Rajput case, proper investigations were done. CBI too is a professional agency. "The Sushant Singh Rajput death case is presently being investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). A special panel of doctors from AIIMS had re-evaluated Sushant Singh Rajput's post-mortem and viscera reports. On the other hand, Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer had reacted to the same and shared, "I have seen the statement of the Doctors from AIIMS concerning SSR case. The official papers and report are only with AIIMS and CBI which will be submitted in court once investigations are over. We await the official version of CBI. We on behalf of Rhea Chakraborty have always said that Truth cannot be changed under any circumstances."
