BJP leaders attacks Shiv Sena over Bombay HC's order of removal of 18 villages from KDMC

The Bombay high court on Wednesday set aside an order passed by state government in June about removal of 18 villages from Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corporation to form new municipal council saying proper process was not followed by the state government for separation of these villages from KDMC. Following HC order these villages have now again comes under the KDMC. 

After the order was passed by the court BJP MLA Atul Bhatkhalkar attacked the Shiv Sena party."Big blow to Shiv Sena; 'Those 18 villages are part of KDMC. Bombay High Court on Wednesday quashed both the notifications issued by the state government regarding exclusion of 18 villages from Kalyan-Dombivali Municipal Corporation..slap on slap ... slap on slap ...", tweeted Atul. Bhatkhalkar.

A bench of Justice Dipankar Datta and Justice Girish Kulkarni "During hearing Chief Justice Dipankar Datta and Justice GS Kulkarni passed order cancelling the two notifications passed by the state governments on June 24 stating consultation and due process was not followed while separating these villages hence he cancelled the order passed by the state government about separation of these villages.
