Dhananjay Munde case: After BJP leader, MNS leader claims Renu Sharma tried to blackmail him aswell

Maharashtra social justice minister Dhananjay Munde is in trouble over allegations of rape. On the other hand, BJP MLA Krishna Hegde has alleged that Renu Sharma, woman who accused Munde, had also tried to honey trap, blackmail and extort money from him. Hegde has written a detailed letter to the Mumbai Police regarding this.

After this, now Maharashtra Navnirman Sena leader Manish Dhuri has also made serious allegations against Renu Sharma.

After filing a complaint against Renu Sharma with the police, Krishna Hegde interacted with the media. During the media interaction, he claimed that the same thing happened with Manish Dhuri of MNS. Later while interacting with Marathi news channel 'ABP Mazha', Dhuri told about the matter that happened with him. 'I had called Krishna Hegde. Because the same thing happened to me in 2008-09. Renu Sharma had tried to blackmail me, 'said Dhuri.

'I was approached by Renu Sharma. She was following me. At that time I was the department president of MNS. She tried to get closer to me. She wanted to make a video album for which she blackmailed me. Realizing her intent, I started avoiding her. Otherwise, I would have faced the same trouble like Dhananjay Munde, 'claimed Dhuri.

Dhuri was asked why he did not lodge a complaint with the police against Renu Sharma at that time. 'I didnt lodge complaint at that time because she is a woman and didnt wanted to defame her. So I kept quiet. No complaint was lodged with the police. After that, she and I did not get in touch. Maybe at that time she was in touch with Krishna Hegde or other leaders. She contacted me in 2018-19. But knowing her intentions, I avoided her, 'said Dhuri.
